Urjita Yog ani Pranic Upchar Kendra (“Urjita”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
This website has no database and no accounts. The enquiry form does not send anything to a server — it composes a message and opens WhatsApp on your own device, so you decide whether to send it. Your language preference is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.
When you message, call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, phone number and a description of your concern. If you attend a session, we may keep brief notes to provide continuity of care.
Anything you share in a session is treated as confidential. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law, or where there is a serious and immediate risk to someone’s safety.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and links out to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies and their own handling of your data once you leave this site. Our online store, where it exists, runs on a separate domain with its own policy.
We publish client messages and photographs only with permission, and we remove identifying details unless you have agreed otherwise. If you would like something taken down, tell us and we will remove it.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask to be removed from our WhatsApp updates, or ask us to delete your records. Email urjitapranichealing@gmail.com and we will act on it.
Healing for anyone under 18 is arranged through a parent or guardian, who is present or informed throughout. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
By booking a session, attending a workshop or using this website, you agree to the following.
Pranic Healing is a complementary energy practice that supports wellbeing. It is not medical treatment, and nothing offered here is a diagnosis, prescription or cure. Sessions of energy healing are offered as complementary support, not as medical care.
Never stop, reduce or change prescribed medication or treatment because of anything said in a session or written on this site. Always consult your doctor or licensed practitioner about any medical or psychological condition. In an emergency, seek medical help immediately.
Responses to healing differ from person to person. We make no promise of any specific result, timeline or cure. Any testimonial on this site describes one person’s experience and is not a prediction of yours.
Sessions and workshops run by appointment. We ask you to arrive on time and to let us know as early as possible if you cannot attend. We may decline or end a session where behaviour is abusive, or where we believe another form of care would serve you better.
MCKS Pranic Healing course content, manuals and protocols are the intellectual property of the Institute for Inner Studies and its licensors. They may not be copied, recorded, taught or redistributed without authorisation. Website text, images and the Urjita name and logo remain our property.
Information on this website is general and offered in good faith. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. We may update these pages at any time, and the version published here is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thane district, Maharashtra.
We would rather reschedule you than keep money you feel was not well spent. Please read this before booking.
Where sessions are booked as a package, unused sessions may be refunded on request, less the standard single-session rate for each session already taken. Packages are personal to you and cannot be transferred without our agreement.
Weekly meditations and moon sessions are free of charge, so nothing is payable and nothing is refundable. Timings may change; we announce this on our WhatsApp list.
Products are sold through our separate online store, which carries its own returns and refund policy. Where products are bought directly from us in person, unopened items in original condition may be exchanged within seven days. For reasons of hygiene, opened bath salts and sprays cannot be returned.
Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid, normally within seven to ten working days. To request one, message +91 84463 39272 or email urjitapranichealing@gmail.com with your name, the date of booking and what you would like us to do.
