Pranic Healing exactly as Grand Master Choa Kok Sui set it down — practised and taught in Badlapur East and Dombivli East by three practitioners.
Founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga
Grand Master Choa Kok Sui was a Filipino of Chinese origin — a chemical engineer by training, and a businessman and philanthropist by profession. Alongside that working life, he spent more than twenty years researching and experimenting with prana, the life energy that keeps the body alive.
His aim was to take energy healing out of the realm of superstition and secret ritual, and turn it into a clear, structured method that anyone could learn and test for themselves. It is why his students often described him as a scientist of the soul.
In 1987 he set the system down in his first book, The Ancient Science and Art of Pranic Healing, later retitled Miracles Through Pranic Healing. It gave step-by-step healing protocols, and was the first public description of the eleven major chakras.
From the Philippines the teaching travelled outward — through his books, his students, and the instructors he trained to teach in his name. Miracles Through Pranic Healing has since been translated into more than 30 languages, and Pranic Healing is now practised in over 120 countries, in homes and healing centres, and in some places within educational institutions and medical schools.
He also founded Arhatic Yoga, an advanced system of spiritual practice for those who wish to go further. Every course and healing at Urjita follows his MCKS system exactly as he set it down — no improvisation, no dilution.
Your body has an incredible natural ability to heal itself. Pranic Healing simply activates and enhances what is already there.
The founding principle
MCKS Pranic Healing Instructor · Associate Certified Pranic Healer · Counseling Psychologist
Kshipra came to this work through the mind. Studying psychology in 2012, she met Pranic Healing — and it answered a question her textbooks had left open: why some people heal and others, with the same care, do not.
By 2014 she was practising in earnest. Pranic Psychotherapy gave her a way to reach children and their parents that conversation alone could not. Children who could not name their distress began to settle. Parents who felt helpless found something they could do.
Today she heals and teaches — training others as a Authorised MCKS Instructor, while continuing one-to-one work from both centres.

Pranic Healing Practitioner
Kshitij practises across the full arc of the MCKS system, from the basic protocols through to Arhatic Yoga. He runs individual and group sessions, guided meditation programmes, and online group healings, alongside community-based healing initiatives.
A hospitality, events and tourism professional with experience in India and the UK, he brings the coordination and people skills of that world into how sessions are organised and how newcomers are looked after.
Yoga Teacher · Acupressure Therapist · Energy Healer
Madhavi Lokare has been teaching yoga for twenty-five years and practising acupressure for more than twenty-five — long enough that many of her students are now the parents of her students. For the past fifteen years she has worked with energy healing alongside both.
Three disciplines, one habit of attention: the breath, the pressure point, the energy field. People come to her with stiffness, fatigue and the ordinary wear of a working life, and stay for the steadiness.
She anchors Urjita’s group practice — the weekly meditations and the yoga-based sessions that many people meet the centre through.
